FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long can I hire the items for?
    Our typical hire period is 3 days but we are very flexible so please discuss this with us if you would like to extend your hire period.
  • Which tables would be best for my event?
    We have 2.4m and 1.8m trestle tables and large round tables. The 2.4m trestle comfortably seats 4 each side, you can add a person to each end. The 1.8m trestle comfortably seats 3 each side, you can have a person at each end. The 6ft round table comfortably seats 10 people.
  • How many people can sit along your trestle bench seats?
    4 or 5 people.
  • What happens if an item gets broken, damaged or lost?
    On the odd occasion that an item is not returned, broken or damaged beyond repair, payment of full replacement cost will be invoiced to you. If an item is returned damaged but repairable, you will be sent an invoice for the cost of repairs and payment is required within seven days. If items are returned excessively dirty, an invoice will be issued to you for payment.
  • How do I collect my items?
    You are welcome to collect your order from our storeroom at 80 Humber Street, Oamaru. We have trailers available for hire to transport the items to your venue. We can also deliver and set up for you at an additional cost. This is calculated on the distance required to travel. Get in touch for a quote.
